If one were to capture the 1998-2003 era with a verse, Isaiah 54:2 comes to mind, “Enlarge the place of your tent, stretch your tent curtains wide, do not hold back; lengthen your cords, strengthen your stakes.” SOI has always had a rich tapestry of staff members, men and women who pour out their lives to see people reached with the Gospel.
