Ariel and Jorge - leaders built through SOI - Baptized!

Late last fall, Humberto, our Central America Directror, baptized two SOI staff members, Ariel Rubio and Jorge Hernandez. While serving as interns with SOI during their college years, they both met Jesus. Humberto and the team discipled them and invested much time in building them as leaders in sports ministry.

It’s exciting to see these milestones that illustrate so clearly the mission of Sports Outreach in action. We use sports to build Christian leaders. Jorge and Ariel were evangelized, discipled and trained as leaders. Now they are building future leaders as part of the SOI El Salvador team.
