Vane - Her Life has Changed in So Many Ways

“I am an orphan after my mum who was a single parent passed on when I was 4 years old. I am a student in Form three at Star of Hope Academy-Nairobi. It is a good school and teachers are very friendly and hardworking. This has helped me to improve academically. I believe I will be able to perform well in my final national exams in secondary school next year - 2021.

I have benefitted a lot from the activities that are carried out by Sports Outreach. I have grown spiritually, and nowadays I believe that there’s a true God who takes care of our lives and has a great purpose in this walk of life.  Jeremiah 29:11 is one of my favorite verses.  The Sports Outreach programs have also helped me to perfect my communication skills. I’m also learning how to play chess and do bead work.

My hobbies are travelling, helping the aged and drawing. I am now optimistic that I will be able to achieve my dream of becoming an engineer. May God bless you all.”
